Welcome to the Four Corners!

The Four Corners is a fractured and dangerous stretch of land where the ruins of the Old World bleed into the struggles of the new. Colorado is a place of extremes — from the Van Buren Prison Complex, where the rogue AI COLOSSUS hunts escaped Prisoner 13s, to the ruins of Denver overrun by feral dogs and the Hangdog tribe. Boulder Dome fights its own battles against the New Plague and a failing ZAX mainframe, while the Twin Mothers worship a holographic goddess unaware she’s just a relic. Cheyenne Mountain Crater remains a deadly no-go zone, glowing with radiation.

Utah's faith is being tested. New Canaan spreads its influence through water caravans and missionaries, but extremists and blasphemers' schisms weaken it from within. The White Legs and Bone Dancers roam the salt flats, and the outlaw 80s biker gang plots revenge near Wendover. Caesar’s Legion scouts the area, hungry for resources, while the Tar Walkers guard the poisoned ruins of Burham Springs. Heartbreak Hotel is a destroyed ruin, and the irradiated remains of Moab whisper of horrors left behind.

Arizona remains under the grasp of Caesar. The Legion tightens its grip on Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon, and the hounds of Hecate and her Ouroboros in all their worship fight vehemently against Caesar. The Twisted Hairs serve as Legion scouts, while Painted Rock resists Hecate’s influence. The Rusty Hooks hold Bloomfield Space Center, and the Desert Rangers cling to their last stronghold at Fort Cochise after heavy losses. Sonora Air Force Base is overrun with Deathclaws, and Phoenix’s warlords watch the Legion’s rise warily.

New Mexico is a graveyard of secrets. The Nexus, an Old World data hub, draws scavengers and Brotherhood scribes alike. The Malpais Legate’s Legion expedition probes the region, while Rebirth — a Ghoul haven — hides dark experiments beneath the desert. New Mariposa is riddled with Super Mutants, and the cannibal Glyphers stalk the mesas. The Desert Rangers have all but vanished, leaving the Scaven Pickers to comb and scavenge the irradiated wastes.

The Four Corners is a land which tribes war, empires rise and fall, and where thirteen unfortunate souls will make their mark in history. Go forth, Prisoner 13.
